What are Gold Standards?

Your approved MSA, NDA, DPA and other reference documents become per-tenant benchmarks. During contract review the AI compares incoming contracts against your gold standards, surfacing deviations from your preferred positions rather than only generic risk rules.

How it works

  2. 2 Upload the approved reference document that represents your ideal contract position.
  3. 3 The AI extracts, classifies and embeds each clause into your tenant's knowledge base.
  4. 4 Future contract reviews will score deviations from your gold standard — not just generic risk rules.
